Mayweather vs Marquez continues...

The former pound for pound king is back, Floyd "Money" Mayweather. Perhaps the best boxer of this period and without question a talented fighter, Mayweather shows an unparalleled combination of speed, power and natural instincts every time he steps into the ring. A blend that has already brought him to 39 wins without a loss, 25 knockouts, and world championships in five weight classes. How terrific the record of this fighter is before he retired and aiming to add up Juan Manuel Marquez as the face on the same ring this September 19, 2009.

Remembering his victorious campaign over "The Golden Boy" Oscar De La Hoya, and his glorious 10th round knock-out domination over Ricky "The Hitman" Hatton, Floyd Mayweather amazed the entire sports world last June of 2008 when he announced that he was retiring from boxing after competing in the sport for nearly 20 years. Now the former number one pound-for-pound champion is set to return to the sport he loves after 16 months, making his return to the ring for the first time since December 2007. Isn’t it good for him? The Only goal of this fighter is to bring his legacy to be one of the best fighters who ever lived in this planet.

In order for Floyd to take this legacy for his comeback is to face one of boxing's best, pound for pound, Juan Manuel Marquez whom has thrilled fight fans for over 15 years with his pinpoint accuracy and fight-ending power. We can greatly remember Dinamita for his knockout wins over Juan Diaz and Joel Casamayor, dominant decision win on top of Marco Antonio Barrera in 2007, and his thrilling two fight series with Manny Pacquiao, this former WBA, IBF, and WBO featherweight champion, former WBC super featherweight champion, and current Ring, WBA, and WBO lightweight champion has plenty left in the tank as he chases after more big fights in the coming years. And this is one of the biggest fights he will be facing to prove that he will be the first man again to tally a loss score on Floyd Mayweather record being the undefeated Floyd. This is their Mayweather vs Marquez match tagged as the Number One: Numero Uno.

This Mexican Marquez is one of eight children whose father was an ex-pro boxer with 35 fights to his credit. Entering the gym for the first time at the age of eight, Juan and his brother, current bantamweight world champion Rafael, quickly took to the sweet science and he began fighting in amateur tournaments at 13. Subsequent to a 35-1 amateur career that included a pair of Golden Gloves tournament wins, Marquez entered the pro ranks at the age of 19 on May 29, 1993 and lost his first bout via disqualification to Javier Duran.

Mark your calendars on the 19th of September this year to ever witness the first comeback fight of Floyd Mayweather between Juan Manuel Marquez.

Mayweather vs Marquez :Number One/Numero Uno

Yes, this is really number one. This fight could tell if Floyd Mayweather is still the best pound for pound fighter in boxing after he have retired and coming in once again to regain the title facing the contender Juan Manuel "Dinamita" Marquez.

The Mayweather vs Marquez is one of the exciting match this coming September 19, 2009 after its postponement from its original date July 18, 2009 at the MGM Grand Arena because Mayweather had suffered a rib injury. It was said before that it was a cause of his training but statements are coming out from Mayweather that it is just a freaking activity where he have it. Freak? hmmmmm. No comment for that since the rumor says that it happens because the match is not selling good numbers of tickets and this was the best alternative way to prolong the match and reschedule it. Plus the fact that Mayweather is adding statements to publicize his name about possible face out with Pacquiao.

Watch Mayweather vs Marquez to unleash it with your self the truth about these two fighters. Watching this match will tell also who is the next best opponent for Pacquiao. I do hope that Pacquiao will fight the winner of this match to prove that he is the best among the best.
